Biography

Emma Almeida is a Toronto-based actor working across film, television, commercials, and theatre. Some of her screen credits include The Food That Built America, Mute for Love, and The Blind Bride. She holds an Honours BA in Theatre with a specialization in Acting from the University of Ottawa and is completing a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. Her academic background informs her work through a strong lens of empathy, human behaviour, and emotional truth. Almeida is bilingual in English and French and trained in acting, improv, voice, dialect, and movement.
