In 2026, Mara starred as Parker DeNadio in the feature film Inventory, a psychological sci-fi thriller where nothing you do is off the record. Written and directed by filmmaker Liz Irons, with VFX by Tim Sassoon, Inventory follows Parker, an estate auditor sent to catalog the possessions of a dead woman, only to discover that this is not an inventory of objects, but of memory, identity, grief, consent, and the final value of a human life.

Inventory launches a seven-part sci-fi psychological thriller franchise in which Parker’s private unraveling opens into a larger investigation of technology, legacy, parenthood, institutional power, and the question at the heart of the series: Who owns our memories after we’re gone?

In September 2026, Inventory begins previews in Los Angeles, with a theatrical tour being scheduled for fall 2026 and spring 2027. In March 2027, Mara is set to return as Parker DeNadio when Inventory II goes into production. Mara is signed on for all seven films of the Inventory Saga.

In October 2026, Mara appears in Halloween Candy II as the lead villain, a politician out to take over the town with a vengeance.

In 2026, Mara joined Bad Blood Project, a sci-fi horror vertical series from show-runner Molly Gazay. Mara plays Jane Porter, a tech mogul who has built a surveillance program designed to take over the human race, and save humanity from a growing population of vampires. Bad Blood is in production.
