Rafal Douglas was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. His parents later relocated to Vancouver, British Columbia where he was raised and grew up. His passion for acting came from watching all sorts of movies when he was young, and would often re-watch his favorite films after school over and over again growing up. He is a graduate of a full time acting program, and continues to pursue his career as an actor.
