Most recently, Alexandra's indie feature film 'Did I?', which she co-produced and starred in, had its world premiere at the Florida Film Festival in April 2023. her role as Genevieve (and Stevie), a woman living with Dissociative Identity Disorder, is described as one of her most challenging roles to date. In Cinefied's review of the movie, they noted, "Alexandra Pica plays Genevieve, a shrinking violet with Anne Hathaway eyes..." "Pica is absolutely ready for her closeup."

Alexandra shares the screen with Mark Wahlberg as a supporting role in the upcoming Apple Original Film 'The Family Plan', and a supporting role in 'Stay Safe', starring Kate Miner.
