Thomas Cross has been making films since he was 14-years-old. What started as a hobby with friends led him to pursue a career in Los Angeles, where he began working on set as a production assistant for films and television shows such as Mank, Monster, and The Mandalorian, to name a few--racking up over 500 days of on-set experience. Since 2022, Cross has worked as a writer and producer. In 2024, he founded Cool & Happy Production Studio with Jim Cummings and PJ McCabe. Their collaborations have premiered at SXSW and Tribeca, and their five-episode series The Screener will premiere at Sundance 2026 in the festival’s final year in Park City.
