Biography

Catherine French is a colombian actress. She began her studies at "La casa del Teatro Nacional" and at "Tao Sierra Estudio de Actuación". Worked for two years the "Susuki" technique with the master Héctor Florez. In 2015 she studied the Mesiner technique at "La Escuela Internacional de Cine y Televisión-EICTV" (San Antonio de los Baños-Cuba) under the direction of Stephen Baily and María Gowland. In 2017 she went to the "Stella Adler" academy in Los Angeles under the guidance of one of her great mentors, the director and producer Elia K. Scheneider. Her preparation continues in New York at "HB studio" by the hand of Pat Golden and Paul Pryce. For several years she is being a key player in "El Clan Films" a theater company founded by Alejandro Aguilar and Mateo Stivel. Some of her credits include: "La fiesta del Chivo", "Selección Natural", "Darkness", "Why me?", "Libertad", "Estrategia de una venganza", "Corazones Blindados" and "Amalia". In theatre: "Los Pied Pipers de Woodside", "Strange Animals", "Tabú", "Vidas Al Borde", "Las lágrimas amargas de Petra Von Kant", "De psicópatas y otros hombres", "Doña Rosita la soltera" among others.
