John Plas

John Plas is an actor and filmmaker based in London, UK. He has acted in three feature films which received theatrical release. He is attached to more feature film projects currently in development. John Plas co-directed the Official Documentary about King Charles III. His feature screenplay Resurrection is an Award Winner at Only The Best Film Festival. He is a Pre-selection Committee member at Oscar Qualifying BIFF. He has received positive reviews from film critics about his directing and acting skills. He is preparing his new short film based on the life of a Latinx gender non binary youth. John Plas has been actively involved in several short films and his recent short film '' Lamaze Classes '' that he wrote, directed and starred in has been Finalist at 90 Film Festivals up to this date and was released by Troma Now. In addition, John Plas has been included in lists of "Rising Actors" and '' Hottest Stars ''which has many thousand views. In addition to that, he co-produced and starred in a short film inspired by the pandemic (Pandemic Cupid) which was screened at Cannes Film Festival. He participated at the Reykjavik IFF Talent Lab where he was received by the President of Iceland and he has been a member of the pre-selection committee at the Oscar Qualifying Bermuda International Film Festival.
