Biography

Kayleigh Llewellyn is the creator, writer and executive producer of BBC's acclaimed drama series, In My Skin. Also known for Killing Eve (BBC/AMC) and Chloe (BBC).

Kayleigh was named a BAFTA Breakthrough Brit 2019, she is also a Broadcast Hotshot, a BFI Flare Mentee and the recipient of the BAFTA Rocliffe New Comedy Writing Award.

While working on Casualty and Stella, Llewellyn went into huge debt due to family issues, and credited The Film and TV Charity for helping her out financially, as well as enabling her to write In My Skin.

During her early writing career, Llewellyn worked at a theatre box office to support herself.
