María Bas

María Bas is a Spanish singer and one-half of the electropop duo, Nebulossa. María and her husband, Mark Dasousa, formed Nebulossa in 2018. Their artistic and personal partnership has spanned over 20 years. Together, they have released several singles and an album titled "Poliédrica de mí" in 2021. Their music, which includes hits like "Glam," has gained them recognition and popularity. In addition to her music career, María also works as a hairdresser. She is known for her strong feminist stance, often using her music as a platform to express her views. For instance, their song "Zorra" is seen as a feminist anthem, transforming a derogatory term into a symbol of empowerment. In 2024, Nebulossa won the Benidorm Fest (2022) and was selected to represent Spain in the Eurovision Song Contest Malmö 2024 (2024) with their song "Zorra".
