Joshua Nash Payne

Josh Payne, originally from Kansas City, Missouri, started acting at the age of 12 in school productions because he found joy in making his peers laugh. In order to pursue acting further, he relocated to St. Louis for undergrad at Lindenwood University, where not only was he very active in the theatre scene, but he helped create a new degree program in dramaturgy. Josh moved to Los Angeles to pursue film after graduation, giving him the opportunity to continue on the stage, as well as work on independent and student film, including The Kiss Me Series and Too Late - Too Soon, as a performer and writer. While acting will always have his heart, his next ambition is to produce a mini-series pilot, Civitas. Beyond working in those realms he has a passion for cooking, music, travel, and poetry.
