Rusty Carbaugh

Rusty Carbaugh received a full scholarship to Newman University in Wichita, Kansas and became their first Theatre graduate in 2015. She performed in many musicals, plays, and commercials before relocating to Chicago, Illinois and becoming a flight attendant. After several years, she quit her job and began studying to be a pilot. As of July 2025, she is working as a private jet pilot flying Citation Latitudes and lives in Wichita, Kansas with her husband Matt Lang.
