Biography

Sam Ord-Houghton is one of the original founders of NOT ENOUGH KNIFE, as well as a former stage actor. As Ord-Houghton grew, he appeared in a number of well known plays, portraying characters whose roles involved both acting and singing - most prominently, 'Annie'. During this period of time, he inspired Matthew W.F. Senior to become an actor - so they created a series of short home videos together. As years passed by, Ord-Houghton and Senior joined forces to create the production company MASTUDIOS. Soon after, Ord-Houghton left MASTUDIOS, as well as stage acting, due to different career choices, and an apparent dislike to notoriety.

However, in early 2016, Ord-Houghton returned to MASTUDIOS to work both in front of, and behind camera - he made an appearance in the feature film 'The Boy Who Commits a Murder', a project in which he also served as an associate producer. When Senior approached Ord-Houghton with the script and explained his role, he was initially hesitant, although was eventually convinced. Following the premiere, Ord-Houghton was extremely impressed by the film, and had regained his passion for acting, stating that he wants to be Senior's first choice for all future films.

Following this, Ord-Houghton joined Senior's company NOT ENOUGH KNIFE, and in 2019, MASTUDIOS produced the film 'goya'. Ord-Houghton continues to pursue an acting career.
