Fiona was raised in Miami, FL. She began attending theatre classes and plays at age 5. She obtained a double honors degree in Theatre and Psychology before beginning her acting career. She attended the prestigious HB Studio summer intensive in 2009, being 1 in 25 individuals selected world-wide. Besides acting in theatre and films, Fiona is a writer and continues to write for the screen and stage.
Fiona has received a Master's in Drama Therapy from Concordia University in 2022. As of 2025, Fiona is working on how to use Virtual Reality in storytelling content for therapeutic effects; cultivating empathy and understanding in the viewer.
