Agron Karameti
- Location Management
- Director
- Producer
Agron Karameti is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and raised in the nearby suburb of Bensalem by Albanian immigrant parents who ran a family pizzeria.
He began studying film at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, later relocating to Chicago, where he broke into physical production and found his footing in location scouting and management. Since then, he has worked as a location scout and assistant location manager across a number of television productions, developing an eye for spaces that carry character and story before a single frame is shot.
Alongside his production career, Agron maintains a personal photography and documentary filmmaking practice, often centered around travel. He shoots on a mix of digital and film cameras, drawn to color, texture, and a sense of place, and has used his documentary work to explore locations, histories, and communities beyond Chicago. An extension of the same curiosity that drives his location scouting.
He lives and works in Chicago, splitting his time between location work in film and television and his own travel photography and documentary projects.
