Jessica Damouni

Jessica Damouni is an Australian-American actress, writer, and director born in Perth, Australia. She trained at The Lee Strasberg Institute of Theatre and Film and The Upright Citizens Brigade in New York. She is known for her performances in the independent feature films Inspector Ike (NOLA Film Festival) and An Arrangement (SBIFF), as well as acclaimed shorts including Salam (Tribeca), Like Salt, and Choke (Outfest). Most recently, she starred in Ramone Menon's horror film Virgin (Cinequest, Dances With Films), earning praise for her "astounding" performance. Her television credits include God Friended Me, Crashing, and Platonic where she worked opposite fellow Aussie Rose Byrne. In 2021, she made her directorial debut with the short film Be Good, which she also wrote and starred in. The film premiered at the Oscar-Qualifying Urbanworld Film Festival and has since garnered over 110k views on YouTube.
