We do have the right and duty to discriminate on the basis of whether prospective citizens will accept and uphold our democracy and culture, our Australian laws. Therefore, a key test of whether people are worthy of our compassion and are suitable for citizenship is their opposition to sharia or terrorist law, as we call it.

[on COVID-19 restrictions] I don't think states should be putting up borders, we're all one country. Starting to split borders and starting to split states and territories, especially when you're going through something like this, I don't think that's a good idea.

Vaccinated Australians, you are patriots. You are freedom fighters. You are on the front line of the fight to keep Australians safe, and you are winning.

I do like Vladimir Putin. I think he has very strong leadership. He has great values.
