Prins Carlos de Bourbon de Parme was born on 27 January 1970 in Nijmegen, Gelderland, Netherlands. He has been married to Annemarie Gualthérie van Weezel since 12 June 2010. They have three children.
Official heir to the throne of Parma and member of the Dutch Royal family thru his mother Irene princess of the Netherlands, he is a public affairs consultant. He sis the older brother of Prins Jaime de Bourbon de Parme.
