January Curry, is a highly motivated Casting Director, Writer and Producer from Cincinnati OH that now calls Atlanta GA home. With an extensive 25+ year background in theater, film and television, January jumped from in front of the camera to behind, to cast and create both indie and major network films, series, music videos, commercials and documentaries. Her Casting Director Credits for films such as BET’s Incision, A Soulful Christmas and series Allblk’s Terror Lake Drive has proven her reach and connections to incredible talent. January’s ability to not only cast but to create & produce with the ability to manage a project from concept to completion has landed her film projects on major streaming platforms such as Tubi & Apple TV along with numerous film festival accolades. She is credited as Producer on series such as Wicked City S3 and Terror Lake Drive but very versatile, producing a documentary for the nonprofit, Represent Justice. January has a mission to continue to create and develop projects that bring light to unrepresented and untold stories to the world.
