Biography

David Dunseith was previously married to Roisin Walsh.

Best known for hosting BBC Belfast's radio programme "Talk Back" for almost 30 years and through the Troubles.

He had been an officer in the Royal Ulster Constabulary's drugs squad when he was interviewed as such for a current affairs programme on the commercial station Ulster Television'. The producer marked him as a "natural" and offered him a presenting job which he eventually accepted. He later switched to BBC Belfast, where after some television appearances, he found his niche in radio.
