Sándor Helderman

Sandor Helderman is an untiring actor known for crafting physically intense and yet emotionally graceful and nuanced performances. Raised in a military family with a naturally competitive environment, Sandor throws himself into his craft with dedication and ferocity. Sandor's performances have been featured in national and international film festivals, ranging from Cinequest in the Bay Area to Cannes in France. He studies holistic realism technique, which integrates aspects of Adler, Strasberg, Meisner, and practical aesthetics. His football build (and military family history) conceals his generous, open, and emotional nature; many of his most acclaimed performances have required immersive and explosive vulnerability. Sandor had an illustrious football career in both high school and college; yet it is the love of acting that drives him forward. Through this and other achievements, Sandor stays humble.
