Aleksandra Bortich is a Russian actress. As a child, she studied at a music school and plays various instruments well, in particular the saxophone. The instrument was given to her when Sasha was 13 years old. In the tenth grade, following her friend Aleksandra went to the theater studio at the Palace of Pioneers. It was there that she realized that she wanted to become an actress. However, she failed to enter the theater school. She went to study at a pedagogical school, which she soon dropped out of. But even without a theater education, Aleksandra Bortich literally burst into Russian cinema and became, without exaggeration, an event in it.

Her rise began with a visit to the casting of the TV series Deffchonki (2012), where the young talent was noticed by director Nigina Sayfullaeva and invited to her film Name Me (2014) for the role of Sasha. Another Sasha - she played in Anna Melikyan's film About Love (2015), which made her famous.

She worked as a waitress in a bar for almost a year and auditioned for roles in various films and TV shows the same time. After spending all the money she earned with her breakout role on Name Me (2014), Bortich back to her waitress job and worked in a rock club until she was fired for charge of drinking while working, which was compromised by her co-workers.
Her parents divorced, when she was 3. Following parents' divorce, she lived with her grandmother in Grodno, Belarus, and then moved to Moscow, Russia, to live with her mother not long prior to starting a school. When she was 10, her mother got remarried. Bortich has close relationship with her stepfather and doesn't like to speak about her relationship with biological father.

I'm not trying to become a huge star. I just like my job. I'm happy that I can do this. Although there are unpleasant sides here too.
