Biography

Yang Yang is known primarily as a director, screenwriter and producer of drama series. She has won the two major director awards for TV in China, the Flying Apsaras Awards and the Golden Eagle Awards (twice for both awards) for her directing work in "Holding Your Hands" (1999) and "The Proof of Memories" (2004).

As one of the strongest female directors in China, Yang Yang has earned countless honors for decades. She has an international humanistic perspective and skilled artistic mastering ability and is good at digging human depth and positive energy in various subjects. Her representative works cover a wide range of fields, including emotions, wars, history and social topics, and are highly recognized both inside and outside the industry. This coincides with the temperament of "Ever Night".
