Biography

Lady Beaver is a multidisciplinary artist, performer, and educator based in Los Angeles. Blending dark comedy, animation, and music, her work explores the absurdities of human behavior through a surreal and often hilarious lens. She is the co-creator of Screwdale, an award-winning sketch comedy series set in a fictional town where everyone is a little off. In 2025, Screwdale won Best Comedy Sketch at the Austin Micro Film Festival for the sketch Sex Pervert Flashers.

As a musician and animator, Lady Beaver writes and performs original music, often directing and animating her own music videos. Her work has screened at festivals nationally and internationally, receiving multiple awards for its originality and irreverent style.

In addition to her creative practice, Lady Beaver has been a dedicated art educator for over a decade. As of 2025, she teaches Video and Animation, Printmaking, and 3D Art & Design at a high school in Los Angeles.
