Managing Director and Executive Producer at EndemolShine Finland since early 2019. EndemolShine Finland, part of Banijay Nordic, is one of Finland's largest production companies and part of Banijays unrivaled network of scripted and unscripted producers. Overseeing all of ESF's unscripted and scripted programming and business development at both Helsinki and Vantaa offices.
EndemolShine Finland produces a wide range of award-winning titles for broadcasters and global streamers. Premium portfolio of unscripted hits includes LEGO Masters, Big Brother, MasterChef, EOTB, Gogglebox (Sohvaperunat) and Amazon Prime Video's first Finnish title The Bridge Suomi as well as original IP's Save the Date and Dinner for mom (produced in 6 countries).
ESF's first scripted commission, young adult dance drama series, Dance Brothers is a co-production with Netflix and YLE. Several other new titles are in development and production.
Prior experience includes executive commissioner role at Finnish broadcaster Nelonen (a Sanoma company) from 2014 to early 2019 as Head of Domestic Programming leading a team dedicated to local TV & VOD content commissioning & development. Worked closely with local production companies and international distributors around domestic non-scripted & scripted productions, commissioning & programming, international TV formats, domestic feature films and talent management. Local commissions included The Voice of Finland, Best Singer, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, Temptation Island, Pop Idol, The Bachelor, Got Talent and The Wall.
Scripted commissions included Black Widows, Replacements, Nurses, King Liar, Kontio & Parmas and local co-production remake of The Office. Team also financed multiple local feature films including My brother's keeper, Juice and Hayflower and Quiltshoe movies.
