- Bob Guzman is known for Ang tsimay at ang tambay (1979), Charlie Masso & Lea Salonga: I Still Believe (1988) and The Ryzza Mae Show (2013).
- Was a member of the band Boyfriends, with Art R. Ilacad, Joey Abando, and Gary Arriola. The band was a leading exponent of the Manila Sound, with pop and disco harmonies reminiscent of the The Bee Gees. Several of their songs have entered the canon of Filipino popular song, covered by current stars.
