Hector is a Los Angeles-based entertainment professional and legal advisor. His background in TV/film production, copyright infringement litigation, trademark litigation, IP and branded content spans 10+ years. He most enjoys working with producers and storytellers, often serving a key executive role in production services. Hector's career comprises of extensive above and below-the-line contract drafting and negotiation experience, production services, and negotiating development agreements with independent and mini-major/major studios. He also serves an advising role for on-set production operations, interfacing with all key stakeholders in projects. He is proud to be a small part in creating innovative content, especially encouraging underrepresented stories to be told. His projects have reached millions of views and have won Emmy awards. Hector believes in strong advocacy for clients and empowering traditionally marginalized creatives to reach their audiences around the world.
