Biography

Noel Dawn Rebello was born in Scottsdale, Arizona on September 5, 2002. In 2007 she and her family moved to Los Angeles California. At the age of three Noel began her journey into the arts. She was casted in a variety of musicals, including the Wizard of Oz and High School Musical.

Noel is well known for her role as Catarina Montez in VEEP, but also starred in short films and numerous commercials. While at South Pasadena High School, she was captain of the JV Song Pep Squad. After two years at SPHS, she transferred to CSArts-SGV to further her skills in acting.

When she's not working Noel enjoys reading, writing, dancing, and spending time with her family.

Noel was born in Scottsdale, AZ on September 5th, 2002. Ever since she could walk, it was evident she held a deep love for performing. At the age of three, she attended her first dance class, and her love performing blossomed further. She moved with her family to Los Angeles, CA in 2007, where she was cast in a variety of musicals including the Wizard of Oz, Annie, and High School Musical Jr.

She attended High School at South Pasadena High School for two years, where she was captain of cheer and a choreographer for the dance team. In 2018, she transferred to California School of the Arts- San Gabriel Valley, an arts school located in Duarte, CA. Here, she further developed her acting skills, and was cast in both Steel Magnolias and CSArts original immersive play Route 66.

Noel is known for her role as Catarina Montez in VEEP, but also starred in short films and numerous commercials. Now, Noel attends the University of Southern California, where she is getting her BA in Theatre. Noel has a passion for storytelling, and has begun writing as well. Other than acting and writing, Noel loves spending time with her family and friends, baking, reading, and taking walks in the park with her mother and brother.
