Biography

Joshua David Lander is an American actor, born in Northampton, Massachusetts. His ancestry includes German, Irish, Polish and French Canadian.

Until the age of three, his family had lived in several locations before settling in at a small property in Turners Falls, Massachusetts where he lived for the next 17 years before leaving in early 2014 to pursue acting in Los Angeles.

He has starred in numerous short films, some of which he produced and directed. He has guest starred on the popular series, "F@#k I love U" and most recently had a supporting role in the award winning independent feature film, "Crypto Heads". His most notable work is in the 2016 independent feature film "Loves Park".

He has studied with Timothy Craig and Andrey Vasilyev at the Stanislavski Studio, as well as Director Will Wallace at the Will Wallace Acting Company, and previously studied with Michelle Danner (Director for All in Films productions) at Edgemar Center for the Arts in Santa Monica, CA.

When he's not acting, his hobbies included many outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, and traveling to new places. When it's a rainy day or if he has the free time, he enjoys his primary hobby of model railroading.

Having a strong passion for acting, he's Looking forward to working in the next Oscar winning film or any feature opposite Robert Downey Jr or Harrison Ford.
