- Sachin Sudhakaran is a professional sound engineer who has worked on over 100 movies. He is a graduate of Indian School Muscat in Oman, and a Bachelor of Technology from Model Engineering College, Kochi, India and a Diploma in Sound Engineering from the School of Audio Engineering (SAE) in Chennai, India.
He is the co-founder of Sync Cinema
He is completely responsible for all aspects of production sound in a movie, including mixing of audio signals in real time, balancing and adjusting sound sources using equalization and audio effects, mixing, reproduction, and reinforcement of sound. He is in charge of the technical setup which involves both sound equipment and ancillary devices involved in syncing and time offsets.
A vital part of Sachin's role is understanding and realizing the director's creative vision for the movie, and constantly developing new sound design ideas to elevate the movie sonically. Over the years Sachin has established his own distinct and creative approach to sound designing, with a focus on telling the story of a movie through sounds.
