A little over a decade and a half ago, Rashad Floyd founded what is quickly becoming one of the most prolific creative agencies in the industry. As a former professional athlete, he had to find a new way to express his passion for sports and competition. Born from that void is Heart and Hustle Productions. Engaging his degree in mass communications and fire for authentic storytelling, he picked up a mic and a camera and began directing shoots for some of the biggest names in professional sports, sports marketing, and sports retail.
