- José Emilio Sagaró is a Miami-based film director, producer, and creative entrepreneur, and the founder of Filmheads, a production company established in 2008 in Miami, Florida. Known for his visually driven storytelling and hands-on approach to filmmaking, Sagaró has directed and produced projects for some of the most influential artists and brands in the entertainment industry, including J Balvin, Ed Sheeran, Karol G, Myke Towers, Jay Wheeler, Eladio Carrión, Juanes, Daddy Yankee, 50 Cent, and Jordan Brand. A film director with a strong track record in global music visuals, Sagaró has helmed multiple music videos that have each surpassed one billion views. This includes the award-winning video "Makinón" by Karol G and Mariah Angeliq, among others, solidifying his reputation for creating culturally impactful and commercially successful work at scale. In addition to his work in music and commercial production, Sagaró is actively expanding into long-form storytelling. He is currently developing and producing a feature documentary on legendary Cuban comedian Álvarez Guedes, a project focused on preserving the cultural legacy and global impact of one of the most important voices in Cuban exile history. Sagaró is a co-founder of 32S1 Records and 32S1 Publishing, and has partnered with Interscope Records on projects including the development of artist Robi, whose releases include "Pantysito" with Feid, "Bipolar" with Young Miko, "Garabatos" with Jay Wheeler, and "Lienzo" with Sebastián Yatra. Through these collaborations, Sagaró brings his creative direction across music, film, and storytelling. Alongside his film and music work, Sagaró continues to build Filmheads as a creative studio and cultural hub in Miami, developing original film, documentary, and series projects rooted in identity, legacy, and storytelling.
