Appeared in commercials and print ads as a kid. After college played basketball in Europe and the Dominican Republic and has won awards and been honored for his skills on the basketball court. Graduated from American International College in Springfield, MA on the dean's list in 2010. Booked first feature film role in the movie "Wolves," due to be released in 2016. Father Michael Troll, Sr. is a teacher in Manhattan and mother Carole Troll is also an actor, member of SAG/AFTRA and AEA and is a professional jazz vocalist in New York.

Actor/Videographer/Editor Mike started his career in front of the camera at an early age, appearing in print ads and television commercials for Kmart, Sears, JC Penney, Kids R Us and Filenes. His career turned to sports when he obtained a full basketball scholarship to American International College where he studied film and television production while attaining his degree. After leaving college and playing ball abroad for four years, he returned to acting and landed his first feature film role as Eduardo Jimenez in Wolves directed by Bart Fruendlich. He has appeared in television and film roles in the NBC series Gypsy (2017), the Marvel series Iron Fist (2018), HBO's Mrs. Fletcher (2019), and the widely acclaimed film,Joker (2019). Mike directed & produced the documentary film "Undertow" starring Kid Fury which made its debut in March of 2022 with Issa Rae & Hoorae Media at the Kennedy Center in Washington DC. Mike also co-wrote and starred in the short film Barrels in 2021 which received laurels in seven categories. Mike is a featured performer in music videos directed by Kid Art starring Pusha T, Dave East, Nas, and Meek Mill. Credited model, appearing in campaign ads for SLAM Magazine & TheREAD Podcast. He currently resides in Queens, New York.
