Mini bio

  • Kelsey Corbin is an award-winning actor, director, and producer known for emotionally raw, soul-stirring performances and a deep commitment to daring, human-centered storytelling.

She recently wrapped the lead role in the psychological horror "Blood Wine", opposite Samuel Ademola ("Freaky Tales"), and made her television debut in Lifetime's "My Child Has My Doctor's Face." On stage, she earned glowing reviews as May in Sam Shepard's "Fool for Love" at Hollywood's iconic Hudson Theatres.

As an actor, Kelsey won Best Actress at the San Diego Film Awards for her performance in "Entitled", and was selected by casting legend Leah Daniels Butler from over 8,000 actors as a winner of the 2020 Monologue Challenge.

Before stepping into film, Kelsey spent six years working at a documentary-based NGO supporting peacebuilding efforts across Central Africa. Her experience in advocacy and humanitarian storytelling continues to inform her artistic voice and fuels her pursuit of emotionally grounded, socially relevant work.

Her directorial debut "Entitled" premiered at HollyShorts and won the Grand Jury Prize at DC Shorts. She has produced over a dozen projects, including Harry Shum Jr.'s "Milo", the HBO APA Visionaries winning film "Halwa", and the Academy-sponsored "Thank You, Come Again."

Her films have screened at Austin Film Festival, Outfest, LAAPFF, San Diego International, and Dances With Films, and have aired on HBO and Disney+ Hotstar.

Formerly credited as Kelsey Fordham, she now works under the professional name Kelsey Corbin.
