Carlos Garcia Jr.(II)

A native of Dallas, TX, Carlos Garcia, Jr. honed his craft after graduating from The Art Institute of Dallas, dedicating his twenties to producing and directing a diverse array of small-budget short films, music videos, and advertisements. He's a self-proclaimed genius with an attitude to match! Carlos relocated to Tulsa, OK in the summer of 2021 to take on a directing position at a production agency. There, he specialized in direct response television and public service announcement commercials, achieving multiple Telly awards and a Heartland Emmy nomination while continuing to produce and direct his own independent projects. Driven by the belief, "Fortune favors the bold," Carlos established Prax Media in 2025. His aim is to guide clients into the cinematic forefront of visual and audio storytelling. In addition to helping his clients reach their full storytelling potential, Carlos's ultimate goal is producing and directing a feature film with a focus on Latinx stories.
