Emily is a member of the Asian American Documentary Network, Brown Girls Doc Mafia, the Alliance of Documentary Editors, and the Motion Picture Editors Guild. Emily is known for Spermworld (2024), How to Blow Up a Pipeline (2022), and The Rescue (2021).
