  • Omer Perelman Striks is a professional theater, film and TV actor. He graduated with honors from the prestigious Thelma Yellin Performing Arts Highschool where he majored in theater. At 18, he landed his first lead roles in two teen drama shows aired on YES and Disney Israel, and was soon after cast in several supporting roles in feature films.

    Omer then completed his professional training at the acclaimed Performing Arts Studio in Tel Aviv founded by Yoram Lowenstein. While still a student, he was cast as a lead in 'Shababnikim' (The New Black), Israeli premium broadcaster's HOT most watched show to date. In 'Shababnikim', Omer plays a young Orthodox Yeshiva student. The show's 3rd season is set to air in 2023.

    In 2018, Omer won Best Actor for his performance at the Haifa International Children's Theater Festival. In 2019, he acted in Incitement, a feature film directed by Yaron Zilberman (A Late Quartet) which premiered at TIFF and won Best Picture at the 2019 Israeli Academy Awards.
