Biography

Maurisa Coleman is a British actress whose career bridges screen performance with first-hand experience of the worlds portrayed in political thrillers, espionage and modern conflict.

She is best known as the lead face of Persona Synthetics, the global campaign for Channel 4's acclaimed science fiction series Humans. Her screen credits include Johnny English, Empire, The Cuckoo's Calling and the lead role as the antagonist in the Netflix short film Dirty Back Seat, alongside international campaigns for McLaren Technologies and Qatar Airways.

Away from acting, Maurisa works in the international defence sector, supporting engagement with governments, NATO partners and industry while working in Ukraine. Her experience operating in and around conflict environments brings an authentic perspective to the intelligence, military and geopolitical stories she is most passionate about bringing to life on screen.
