- Walter is a San Fransisco Bay Area native Makeup artist working in film and television. Walter specializes in SPFX and character makeup and has been seen on SyFy channel's hit reality show "Faceoff". Walter has been in the makeup world since 2014 after he graduated from Cinema Makeup School. He's worked for various shops in LA as a lab technician and behind the scenes artist making prosthetics and costume parts. walter runs his own studio, Welsh Creations and works as an on set makeup artist.
