Biography

Midhun Manuel Thomas is an Indian film director and screenwriter who predominantly works in the Malayalam film industry. He was raised in Kerala and completed his education by earning a graduation degree in English Literature from St Mary's College before completing post graduation in Social Work from the University of Calicut.

The versatile artist made his debut as a screenplay writer with Ohm Shanti Oshama in 2014. His directorial debut came in 2015 with Aadu, starring Jayasurya and Vinayakan.

This was followed by a series of projects including Annmariya Kalippilaanu, Alamara, Anjaam Pathiraa, Abraham Ozler among others. Midhun received great recognition for his exemplary work in the Malayalam film industry.

His credentials have soared with an increasing project portfolio, making him one of the most sought-after directors and screenwriters. He has left an unperturbed mark on the hearts of audiences by curating impactful stories and directing them with a unique eye for artistic brilliance.
