Biography

Louis Z. Deng is an actor/director in China. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts (acting) at the Beijing Film Academy. Louis was recognized with his films and TV shows in China, and he was awarded a New Star Award at the "Chinese Young Generation Film Forum 2010", with the film "The University Days of a Dog". In 2016, Louis has written and directed his first film, "Once Upon a Time in Sichuan," and started to write and direct ever since.
