Raised in New Orleans LA, McHenry Taylor received a BA in Film and Media Arts from Southern Methodist University in 2016, where he directed and wrote his first feature-length film "Elsewhere, TX". Since then, he has written and directed a short film, "Inertia", which screened at film festivals around the country, and worked in various capacities on short and feature films in the US South.
