Biography

Rebecca Lee Castro was born and raised in Inglewood, CA. She developed her love for makeup and hair at a very young age, but was discouraged from it because it was believed that she could never make a career from it. Her lifes passion took a backseat for just a moment in time and instead decided to pursue work in Contract Administration. As her career within this field became incredibly taxing and stressful, she decided to revisit her love for hair and makeup and at the same time use it for therapeutic purposes. She discovered that this was not only beneficial to her spiritual well being, but it was her true calling as an artist because of her ability to create and interpret beauty in a way that only she can. Rebecca has been perfecting her art for the past 20 years and is a Local 706 makeup artist.
