Jonalex Herrera

Jonalex Herrera is a multimedia, multicultural, visionary director/VFX/motion graphic artist with a passion for the successful combination of great storytelling and visually appealing forms of expression. Jonalex has developed a filmic sensitivity towards diversity and cultural stereotypes. Having been born in Caracas, but lived in both Mexico and the U.S. for prolonged periods, he has absorbed the first hand need to speak out about what it means to be an outsider. His work in film has reflected this journey, with a constant attempt to shine a spotlight on injustice.
