Brittny Chapman

Brittny Chapman is a Costumer and Costume Designer raised in Philly, made by New York City, and now flourishing in Los Angeles. She began her career in fashion as an intern at JANE Magazine. It was there that she was recognized for her taste and her diligent work ethic, assisting numerous fashion features during her time with the magazine. Since then she has had the privilege of assisting an array of major stylists from Elle, French Vogue, NYLON and Details magazines as their point person in Los Angeles. Being around such a high caliber of industry heavyweights has elevated her reputation for professionalism and informed her personal work on both a creative and production level. In addition to Editorial and Advertising print jobs, Chapman also regularly works with several television series wardrobe departments in Los Angeles. Based on her rigorous education in fashion, she is working on materials and a curriculum for aspiring fashion assistants to learn the ropes in a real, non-glamorized, practical way.
