Jake's compositions have enriched a range of acclaimed, award-winning projects, including Sky's animation The Ghastly Ghoul, Morgan Brothers' Froggie, the Academy Award-qualified short film The Boat, the documentary Cumar - A Galway Rhapsody, and the original stage musical Immortal. His ability to blend orchestral grandeur with contemporary textures results in soundscapes that leave a lasting impact on audiences.
In 2018, Jake earned a Master's degree in Composing for Screen from the University of Edinburgh, further refining his craft under the mentorship of some of the industry's most legendary professionals, including Cecilia Weston (Moulin Rouge, Love Actually), Rich Dickerson (Scooby-Doo!), Pete Anthony (How to Train Your Dragon 2), Christopher Young (Spider-Man 3), and Heather Fenoughty (StarDog and TurboCat).
Beyond his work as a composer, Jake is also a prolific film producer. Alongside his brother Luke, he co-founded Morgan Brothers, a film production company based in the west of Ireland, dedicated to crafting compelling visual stories.
