Mariano Alvarez, MPSE, is an Argentine Sound Supervising/ Sound Designer based in Sao Paulo Brazil. Known for designing soundscapes for independent features, where sound is explored as a crucial emotional and storytelling tool. He is best known for his collaboration with directors such as Caito Ortiz, Marcelo Masagão, Gabriel Mucci. He holds a Master's degree in Communication Sciences from the University of São Paulo researching Film Sound. He is also the co founder of Punch Audio.
