Biography

Executive Producer graduated in Film & Television Executive Business / ESPM in 2005, Susana has worked in the major audiovisual production companies in Rio de Janeiro, leading many different audiovisual projects including multi-platform and socio-environmental campaigns. Audiovisual career began early 2000 at Conspiração in the financial & production department and after invited to be part of the marketing team by Leonardo Monteiro de Barros. Working directly with well-known directors as Andrucha Waddington, Breno Silveira, José Henrique Fonseca, Claudio Torres, among others, launching several theatrical feature films. As a festival strategy producer worked for other independent projects produced by MP2 Produções, Dona Rosa Filmes and Pindorama Filmes. In 2008 was invited by Estevão Ciavatta to develop the launch and festival's strategy for the documentary "Veneno e Antidoto", creating a working partnership for more than 10 years, planning and leading the execution of all Pindoramas' projects. With more than 19 years of experience in national and international production, her most recent jobs were "Santos Dumont", fiction TV series released by HBO in 2019 and the theatrical documentary "Amazônia S.A." to be released in 2020.

In 2019 was invited to be part of the Rio2C team, the largest event of the creative industry in Latin America, Susana decided to change. Head of the institutional relationships, she is also responsible for the three markets Music, Audiovisual and Innovation leading a great team.

Along with this new challenge, started to work on her own projects with the director Isis Mello and the producer and post-production expert Veruschka Bauerle. Founders of Das Minas Produções, based in Rio de Janeiro, these three experienced professional friends aim to realize projects with impact and stir emotion.
