Alfio Leotta is a scholar and film-maker based in Wellington, New Zealand. Alfio has worked on dozens of films that have won awards and have screened at festivals around the world. More recently Alfio was the co-producer of Follow the Light (2022), the co-director of The Death of Hector (2023) and the director of Butterfly (2023). Alfio is also the founder and director of the Aotearoa Poetry Film Festival.
