Biography

João Santana is a portuguese Line Producer from Oporto, now based in Lisbon. João started his work in the portuguese cinema and television industry as part of the production crews, and has been working as a Production Manager and Line Producer for the last 7 years, both in national and international shows. Most recently, João is focused on working in services for international productions to be filmed in Portugal. Nowadays filming in Portugal is very inciting to international productions due to PIC Portugal cash rebate program, so João is now fully committed to gathering international interest and upgrading the portuguese industry to global standards.
