Also known as Mimo is an actor, content creator, and retail manager. He began acting as a child and has appeared in 24 films and 34 theatre productions. He is best known for leading roles in End of Season (2019), which won him the Best Male Actor award at a Moscow film festival, and Torn (2014), screened at Cannes. He also played an early role in the award-winning Azerbaijani film Buta (2011). Alongside acting, Mirzazada has worked extensively in retail and hospitality management, contributed to major events such as the Baku Formula 1 Grand Prix and European Games, and founded Mimo's Collective, a digital lifestyle and e-commerce brand. He resides in Dubai, UAE, where he continues his diverse professional activities.
Born in Baku, Mirzazada was active in music, acting, and chess from childhood. He excelled in academics, school Olympiads, and youth theatre projects before studying hospitality and tourism management at the Azerbaijan State Tourism College. While a student, he balanced cultural initiatives with professional training, volunteering at the 2015 European Games and 2016 Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix. These experiences built his skills in teamwork, event management, and cultural representation.
His acting career began with Buta (2011), followed by the Cannes-selected short Torn (2014). In 2016 he starred in Shanghai, Baku, and in 2019 he landed his first leading feature role as Mahmud in End of Season, which premiered at Rotterdam and earned him international acclaim and a Best Actor award in Moscow. Over time he built a filmography of 24 screen appearances, including short films, TV productions, and teleplays. Parallel to cinema, he performed in 34 theatre productions, ranging from Shakespearean drama to Azerbaijani classics, and became a member of the Azerbaijan Theatre Workers Union in 2019.
In addition to performing arts, Mirzazada built a career in hospitality and retail. He held management roles in Baku hotels and tour companies before relocating to Dubai in 2018, where he advanced in luxury retail operations and event consultancy. His professional philosophy, "Life is service - whether you serve a guest, an audience, or a customer, always give your best," reflects his combined careers.
Through his brand Mimo's Collective, launched in Dubai, Mirzazada promotes sustainable fashion, curated e-commerce collections, and content collaborations. He is active across social media platforms where he shares content about acting, travel, hospitality, lifestyle, and his 5 cats, often described as the brand's mascot.
His accolades include Best Male Actor at the Moscow Premiere Film Festival (2019), recognition from the Baku 2015 European Games and Formula 1 Grand Prix, and commendations in Dubai for cultural exchange. He continues to expand his career in acting, entrepreneurship, and international collaborations, positioning himself as a versatile cultural ambassador of Azerbaijan and UAE.
